From a napkin sketch to mass production

AAPlasma is your product development partner, from a sketch on the back of a napkin to mass production and sales.

1. Research and strategy

This step is critical to your project's overall success. Our team has years of experience translating ideas into products, and we will work closely with you to fully understand your product and your customers.

2. Engineering design

Our mechanical and electrical engineers will deliver your first prototype fast so that you can see your innovation in action.

We offer 3D CAD design for manufacturing services right alongside 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and fluid flow simulation.

3. Validation testing

We specialize in plasma diagnostics, microbiology, and virology. Once the engineering prototype is ready, our team can quickly and effectively validate the system to ensure the performance you imagined.

4. In-house prototyping

AAPlasma has experts in subtractive (CNC, mills, laser, etc.) and additive (3D printing, casting, welding, etc.) manufacturing. We excel at creating beautiful and functional pre-scale-up prototypes of your designs.

5. Scale-up

Finally, AAPlasma will help you with design for manufacturing (DMF), generating the bill of materials (BOM), and creating assembly instructions. We will work with your preferred scale-up partners in the Philadelphia region and beyond. Don't have a scale-up partner in mind? We can use our industry knowledge and contacts to help you find the right partner for your new product.
