We are the Maker # 535 with booth titled Cold plasma in food safety. Come out and meet the team, browse our ideas, chat about the future of food safety. Our focus will be 1) non-thermal processing of fresh fruits and vegetables for disinfection; and 2) cleaning Ag water from emerging contaminants such as perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and others.
